This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the positioning and messaging framework for Triquetra’s flagship products and product lines across all primary channels.
• Create clear and engaging product narratives that simplify complex health and wellness science into customer-focused messaging.
• Maintain messaging consistency across Amazon listings, Shopify product pages, landing pages, paid advertisements, and creative assets.
• Enhance value propositions, core claims, product angles, and differentiators to boost buyer trust and conversion rates.
• Establish and oversee a structured conversion testing framework for product pages, landing pages, and marketplace listings.
• Formulate hypotheses based on performance data, customer behaviors, and insights from competitors.
• Prioritize testing opportunities according to anticipated impact, business objectives, and channel performance.
• Continuously assess conversion metrics, test outcomes, and funnel performance to uncover growth opportunities.
• Transform product insights, performance data, and competitive intelligence into actionable creative briefs.
• Provide strategic guidance for designers, video editors, UGC creators, and content partners.
• Ensure briefs effectively define the target audience, messaging angle, objections, emotional triggers, and desired conversion outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with creative teams to enhance execution quality and performance alignment.
• Conduct ongoing evaluations of competitor product pages, listings, funnels, creative strategies, and conversion tactics.
• Stay updated on trends in supplements, wellness, ecommerce, and DTC marketing.
• Measure and assess the effectiveness of messaging, campaigns, and creative concepts using key performance indicators.
• Identify messaging angles that lead to higher engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Over 5 years of experience in Conversion Optimization (CRO), Ecommerce Growth, Performance Marketing, Copywriting, or Creative Strategy.
• Demonstrated success in achieving measurable conversion improvements for e-commerce or DTC brands.
• Exceptional copywriting and messaging strategy skills with a comprehensive understanding of customer psychology.
• Proven ability to translate technical, scientific, or complex products into straightforward, persuasive messaging.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret performance data and derive actionable insights.
• Experience in executing structured A/B testing and conversion optimization initiatives.
• Robust project management and prioritization skills in dynamic environments.
