This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Create innovative concepts and formulate ideas
• Develop compelling marketing strategies
• Identify target avatars/personas along with their pain points and desires
• Craft UGC scripts and detailed creative briefs
• Evaluate performance metrics (hook rate, CTR, CVR…)
• Determine effective strategies and those that need improvement
• Gather inspiration from industry trends and benchmarks (TikTok/Meta/Amazon/Reddit…)
• Transform data into successful concepts
• Deep understanding of consumer behavior, purchase psychology, and conversion techniques
• Expertise in TikTok and Meta content formats (both paid and UGC)
• Capability to analyze creative performance metrics (KPIs) and derive actionable insights
• Proficient in crafting angles, storytelling, and scriptwriting
• Experience in e-commerce, preferably within the beauty or skincare sector
• A blend of analytical and creative thinking
