Creative Recruiter – Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Identify and source creative talent in various domains such as production, animation, cinematography, editing, design, and other creative positions.

• Evaluate portfolios, reels, resumes, and previous work to pinpoint strong candidates.

• Conduct initial outreach, screenings, and introductory interviews with potential candidates.

• Assist in organizing and enhancing our hiring process, candidate pipeline, and recruitment systems.

• Collaborate closely with leadership to comprehend hiring needs, skill deficiencies, and role specifications.

• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and communication with candidates.

• Proactively establish relationships with high-quality creative talent before hiring needs become pressing.

• Aid in drafting and refining job postings and recruiting materials.

• Support recruitment efforts for both freelance/contract and full-time positions.

• In-depth understanding of creative industries, including video production, motion design, branding, or digital design.

• Strong creative judgment with the ability to assess portfolios and reels effectively.

• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.

• Comfortable engaging with creative talent and evaluating their fit beyond just technical skills.

• Preferred experience recruiting in creative, agency, startup, or production settings.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
