This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• YouTube is our primary focus: The long-form episode is the starting point, with short-form content designed to support it.
• Rapid testing: Utilize short-form videos to validate ideas prior to developing full-length episodes.
• Take charge of the creative direction from the title and thumbnail to the concluding frame of each episode.
• Collaborate with production teams while maintaining accountability for viral instincts and audience engagement.
• Assess performance across both content formats and make swift adjustments.
• A portfolio showcasing long-form YouTube content that you conceived (include metrics such as retention, CTR, or growth if available).
• Demonstrable success in directing traffic from short-form to long-form content (examples are necessary).
• In-depth knowledge of TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts as tools for audience acquisition rather than just standalone entertainment.
• A strong passion for hooks, pacing, cliffhangers, and payoff.
• Keen interest in parenting, family dynamics, or human stories involving children.
• Proven experience in leading video projects from initial concept through to final delivery.
• Background in family, parenting, or children's content creation.
• Basic skills in editing or thumbnail design.
• Experience in building a YouTube channel (or other social media platforms) from the ground up.
• C1 level proficiency in English.
