This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Oversee the entire project management process, from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creative outputs.
• Create and uphold creative project schedules, establishing clear objectives and expectations for all involved parties.
• Work alongside channel managers to define the creative analysis workflow and ensure adherence to KPIs.
• Partner with Creative, Acquisitions, CRM, Partnerships, and other Growth teams to align projects with overarching strategic objectives.
• Establish project tracking and reporting systems to enhance team productivity.
• Maintain a robust network of external vendors while effectively managing communication with them.
• Function as the gatekeeper, efficiently and effectively managing creative resources.
• Keep project documentation and file management organized.
• Collaborate with global teams across various time zones as needed.
• A Bachelor's degree in advertising, media, business, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management or related fields.
• Exceptional project management abilities: adept at multitasking and capable of overseeing multiple creative campaigns from concept to execution while adhering to deadlines and KPIs.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills: experience collaborating with creative teams, Growth stakeholders, and external agencies.
• A data-driven approach: capable of analyzing campaign performance, applying insights, conducting A/B testing, and optimizing creative strategies.
• Strong grasp of creative strategy and processes: knowledgeable in performance advertising, user behavior, social trends, platform best practices, and integrating data-driven insights into decision-making.
• Proficient in agile project management: able to adjust to shifting priorities and tight deadlines while effectively coordinating creative assets across various channels, ensuring compliance with platform-specific requirements, brand consistency, and impactful messaging.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-focused: strong attention to detail to guarantee that creative assets are error-free and optimized for each platform, maintaining high quality.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Airtable, which can assist in efficient task allocation, resource management, and timely project delivery.
• Knowledge of AI tools, prediction, fintech, crypto, or NFT sectors is a plus.
• Basic familiarity with industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, and other relevant tools is preferred.
• Expertise in digital advertising is advantageous: comprehensive knowledge of digital advertising platforms, particularly Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, along with familiarity with their targeting options, ad formats, and optimization strategies.
