This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Oversee comprehensive project management from concept development to implementation, guaranteeing timely delivery of high-quality creative outputs.
• Create and sustain creative project timelines, setting clear objectives and expectations for all involved parties.
• Partner with channel managers to define the creative analysis process and ensure adherence to KPIs.
• Work in collaboration with Creative, Acquisitions, CRM, Partnerships, and other Growth teams to align initiatives with strategic objectives.
• Establish project tracking and reporting systems to enhance team productivity.
• Maintain a robust list of external vendors while effectively managing communication with them.
• Act as the gatekeeper, ensuring the efficient and effective management of creative resources.
• Keep project documentation and file organization up to date.
• Work with global teams across various time zones as necessary.
• A Bachelor's degree in advertising, media, business, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
• Exceptional project management abilities: adept at multitasking and capable of managing multiple creative campaigns from inception to completion while meeting deadlines and KPIs.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills: experienced in collaborating with creative teams, Growth stakeholders, and external agencies.
• A data-driven approach: skilled in analyzing campaign performance, leveraging insights, conducting A/B testing, and refining creative strategies.
• Strong grasp of creative strategy and processes: knowledgeable about performance advertising, user behavior, social trends, platform best practices, along with the ability to incorporate data-driven insights into decision-making.
• Agile project management skills: capable of adapting to shifting priorities and tight deadlines, while effectively coordinating creative assets across multiple channels, ensuring compliance with platform-specific requirements, brand consistency, and powerful messaging.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-focused: strong attention to detail to ensure creative assets are flawless and tailored for each platform, while maintaining high standards.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Airtable, facilitating efficient task distribution, resource management, and timely project completion.
• Familiarity with AI tools, predictive analytics, fintech, crypto, or NFT sectors is a plus.
• Basic understanding of industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, and other relevant tools is preferred.
• Expertise in digital advertising is an advantage: comprehensive knowledge and understanding of digital advertising platforms, especially Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, including their targeting options, ad formats, and optimization strategies.
