Creative Project Manager – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive project management from inception to completion, ensuring the on-time delivery of high-quality creative assets.

• Create and uphold creative project timelines, establishing clear objectives and expectations for all involved parties.

• Work alongside channel managers to define the creative analysis process and ensure adherence to KPIs.

• Partner with Creative, Acquisitions, CRM, Partnerships, and other Growth teams to align projects with strategic initiatives.

• Establish project tracking and reporting systems to enhance team efficiency.

• Sustain a robust roster of external vendors while effectively managing communication with them.

• Act as the gatekeeper, ensuring efficient and effective management of creative resources.

• Keep project documentation and file management organized.

• Collaborate with global teams across various time zones as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in advertising, media, business, or a related discipline.

• 3-5 years of experience in project management and related fields.

• Exceptional project management abilities: adept at multitasking and managing multiple creative campaigns from concept to execution while adhering to deadlines and KPIs.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills: experienced in collaborating with creative teams, Growth stakeholders, and external agencies.

• A data-driven approach: capable of analyzing campaign performance, applying insights, conducting A/B testing, and optimizing creative strategies.

• In-depth understanding of creative strategy and processes: familiar with performance advertising, user behavior, social trends, platform best practices, and integrating data-driven insights into decision-making.

• Proficiency in agile project management: able to adapt to shifting priorities and tight deadlines while effectively coordinating creative assets across multiple channels, ensuring adherence to platform-specific requirements, brand consistency, and impactful messaging.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-oriented: possesses a strong attention to detail to guarantee creative assets are flawless and optimized for each platform while maintaining high quality.

• Familiarity with project management tools like Airtable that facilitate efficient task distribution, resource management, and timely delivery.

• Knowledge of AI tools, prediction, fintech, crypto, or NFT sectors is a bonus.

• Basic proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, and other relevant tools is preferred.

• Expertise in digital advertising is advantageous: comprehensive knowledge of digital advertising platforms, especially Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, along with familiarity with their targeting options, ad formats, and optimization strategies.
