Creative Project Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee integrated marketing and creative initiatives from initiation to completion.

• Manage integrated marketing and creative efforts, collaborating closely with Account, Strategy, Creative, Production, and Finance teams.

• Ensure projects are completed within the specified time frame and budget.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possesses 5+ years of project management experience in an agency or brand setting.

• Capable of managing integrated marketing, digital, and social projects from inception to delivery, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and project documentation.

• Excels in coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring stakeholders are aligned on priorities, deadlines, and subsequent actions.

• Comfortable leading meetings, tracking action items, managing approvals, and maintaining project plans and status updates.

• Thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and can effectively handle multiple workstreams while adjusting to changing priorities.

• Exhibits a proactive, solutions-focused approach with outstanding organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and contemporary collaboration tools is essential.

• Ideal Background

• Experience in an agency or in-house setting managing integrated marketing, digital, social, or content initiatives for consumer brands.

• Strong skills in communication, organization, and stakeholder management.

• Experience in project scoping, budgeting, and resource planning.

• Familiarity with Monday.com (or similar project management systems) is advantageous.
