Creative Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Organize and oversee creative assets for various projects, ensuring proper naming conventions, version control, and accessibility.

• Develop, launch, and manage content plans within Asana while aligning timelines and priorities.

• Conduct quality assurance reviews on content and creative deliverables prior to submission, ensuring they meet accuracy, completeness, and brand consistency standards.

• Coordinate project schedules, allocate resources, and facilitate communication among cross-functional teams.

• Manage and prepare visual assets using Figma for review, presentation, and production handoff.

• Track project progress and proactively identify potential risks, bottlenecks, or delays.

• Suggest and implement process enhancements to improve team productivity and workflow efficiency.

• Act as a primary point of coordination between creative, strategy, and stakeholder-facing teams.

• Monitor deadlines and ensure that deliverables are submitted on time and meet high standards.

• Assist in content production operations and contribute to the seamless execution of daily projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, creative operations, content coordination, or a related field.

• Strong capability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a keen attention to detail.

• Experience in organizing and maintaining digital assets and documentation effectively.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Proficient in reviewing deliverables to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and quality standards.

• Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management abilities.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic remote environment with distributed teams.

• Practical experience using Asana for project and content management (Nice to Have).

• Familiarity with Figma for asset staging, review, or collaborative creative processes (Nice to Have).
