This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Organize and manage creative assets across various projects, ensuring the use of proper naming conventions, version control, and accessibility.
• Develop, launch, and oversee content plans within Asana while ensuring timelines and priorities remain aligned.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews on content and creative outputs before submission, confirming accuracy, completeness, and adherence to brand standards.
• Coordinate project timelines, resource allocation, and communication among cross-functional teams.
• Manage and prepare visual assets within Figma for review, presentation, and production handoff.
• Track project advancement and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, or delays.
• Suggest and implement process enhancements to improve team productivity and workflow efficiency.
• Act as a primary point of coordination between creative, strategy, and stakeholder-facing teams.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure deliverables are produced on schedule and meet high standards.
• Assist with content production operations and contribute to smooth daily project execution.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, creative operations, content coordination, or a related field.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience in organizing and maintaining digital assets and documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Competence in reviewing deliverables against brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management capabilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote setting with distributed teams.

• Practical experience using Asana for project and content management.
• Familiarity with Figma for asset staging, review, or creative collaboration.
• Previous experience within a content, marketing, creative, or agency environment.
• Background in supporting creative production teams and content workflows.
• Knowledge of content creation, digital marketing, or creative operations processes.
