Creative Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Organize and manage all creative assets for team projects, ensuring that files are appropriately named, versioned, and easily accessible.

• Develop, implement, and oversee content plans within Asana, maintaining accurate timelines and aligning team members on priorities.

• Perform comprehensive quality assurance checks on all deliverables before client submission, verifying accuracy, brand consistency, and completeness.

• Assist with pod organization efforts, including scheduling, capacity tracking, and facilitating communication among cross-functional team members.

• Stage and manage images in Figma, preparing visual assets for review, presentation, or handoff.

• Proactively identify workflow obstacles and suggest process enhancements to boost team efficiency.

• Act as the primary point of coordination between creative, strategy, and client-facing teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, creative operations, content coordination, or a related field.

• Strong capability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

• Experience in organizing and maintaining digital assets and documentation.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to evaluate deliverables against brand guidelines and quality standards.

• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment with distributed teams.

• Nice to Have: Practical experience using Asana for project and content management.

• Familiarity with Figma for asset staging, review, or creative collaboration.

• Previous experience in a content, marketing, creative, or agency environment.

• Experience supporting creative production teams and content workflows.

• Understanding of content creation, digital marketing, or creative operations processes.
