Creative Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• The Creative Project Manager will serve as the main liaison and coordinator between the client, design and development teams, as well as all external partners, overseeing production from initiation through to delivery.

• Work collaboratively with the internal team on diverse creative projects, which may include website design and video production.

• Partner with clients to gather and clarify functional requirements for technical specifications.

• Generate necessary documentation.

• Collaborate with management to develop project proposals.

• Assist in the daily management of projects and take complete ownership of all account-related activities.

• Monitor and facilitate the daily and weekly tracking of projects to guarantee delivery on time and within budget.

• Motivate the team to consistently produce innovative ideas and contribute to the creation of outstanding products.

• Collaborate with team members, provide direction and management, and work alongside other team members and freelance associates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in project management.

• Background in a creative agency or visual marketing is advantageous.

• Capability to thoroughly define new projects and produce relevant documentation.

• Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Familiarity with project management tools (such as Jira or other software).

• Comprehensive understanding of the entire web development and design lifecycle, development platforms/tools, with the ability to adapt to new tools based on client requirements.

• Proactive mindset and the ability to work confidently, both independently and as part of a team.

• Skill in directing, managing, and collaborating with other team members and freelance partners.
