This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Ensure comprehensive delivery: You are accountable for the reliable weekly output of your production team and step in when team members are unavailable.
β’ Achieve team objectives: You are aware of the operational performance goals and assist your team in reaching them.
β’ Guide and provide insights to Creative Strategists: You establish the content direction, brief new clients, facilitate onboarding processes, and offer feedback on scripts and strategies.
β’ Manage client relations and calls: You serve as the primary contact for clients via Slack and lead regular client discussions.
β’ Act as a secondary escalation point for your team: When video editors, the Content Manager, or Production Assistant face unresolved issues with their direct contacts, you take charge.
β’ Oversee team capacity: You identify when the production team is nearing capacity limits and are responsible for recruiting and onboarding new team members.
β’ Foster continuous improvement: You are dedicated to developing your production team through enhanced processes, projects, employee growth, and training.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in Performance Creative, Creative Strategy, or Paid Social β preferably within a D2C agency or your own e-commerce brand.
β’ Profound knowledge of Direct Response Ads and funnels β you should be capable of writing copy and understanding what constitutes effective creatives and funnels.
β’ Strong operational abilities β you manage multiple clients, deadlines, and team capacities simultaneously.
β’ Leadership without ego β you guide your team rather than attempting to handle everything solo.
