This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Take charge of post-sales relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their success and growth at Awesomic.
• Serve as the strategic point of contact for clients following onboarding—guiding them, recognizing opportunities, and fostering loyalty.
• Actively seek out expansion opportunities (upsell/cross-sell), collaborating closely with sales and product teams to drive value.
• Conduct regular check-ins and strategic reviews with clients to comprehend their business goals and align service offerings accordingly.
• Ensure CRM accuracy and monitor key metrics associated with client growth, satisfaction, and retention.
• Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers to establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
• Track client usage, identify friction points, and address issues proactively before they escalate.
• Inform clients about features and new services that enhance their workflow.
• 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Creative Project Manager—ideally in a startup, outsourcing, or creative agency environment.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong commercial insight with a proactive, sales-driven mindset—you enjoy identifying opportunities and pursuing them.
• Highly organized and self-sufficient: you excel in fast-paced settings and take full responsibility for client outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you establish trust quickly and adapt your approach to various client types.
• Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot.
• Strong psychological resilience to manage challenging or high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure.
