Creative Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.

📋 Description

• Oversee project workflows in Asana (or similar platforms): including task creation, assignment, status updates, and tracking deadlines.

• Facilitate cross-department collaborations among marketing, design, and operations to ensure project progression.

• Organize and maintain campaign asset libraries — managing versioning, naming conventions, and storage on Google Drive.

• Assist with light design production using Canva templates (graphics, resizing, formatting, and exports).

• Create and manage internal documentation: including SOPs, project briefs, and onboarding checklists.

• Monitor publishing schedules and identify potential bottlenecks before they escalate into significant issues.

• Establish and oversee Google Workspace accounts and permissions for team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Essential: Must have prior remote work experience; proficient with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar); preferably has supported US or UK-based companies — applications lacking this experience will not be considered.

• Proven experience in project coordination or operations within a remote marketing or creative setting.

• Competent Asana (or ClickUp/Trello) user — capable of independently setting up and managing project boards.

• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, including Drive, Docs, Sheets, and account management.

• Proficient in Canva for efficient creative production.

• Highly organized with a systematic approach and excellent written communication skills.

• Experience in creating SOPs, onboarding processes, or internal wikis (preferred).

• Background in a creative agency, studio, or marketing team (preferred).

• Familiarity with Adobe CC or Figma — even basic knowledge is an advantage (preferred).

• Comfort with social content operations and scheduling tools (preferred).
