This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Break down company OKRs into actionable goals and KPIs for the creative team.
• Monitor the completion of OKRs, the volume of creative output, and performance against set targets.
• Provide reports on team performance and the impact of creative work to leadership.
• Take full ownership of team management responsibilities, including hiring, onboarding, and conducting performance reviews.
• Design and implement career development pathways, including criteria for promotions.
• Develop a team education program focused on skill enhancement, internal training, and external learning opportunities.
• Oversee team capacity planning and the distribution of workload.
• Cultivate and maintain strong collaborative relationships with Product, PMM, and UA teams.
• Align creative priorities with product roadmaps and user acquisition testing requirements.
• Represent creative production during cross-functional planning cycles.
• Identify and pursue automation opportunities within the creative production pipeline, including briefing, asset delivery, quality assurance, and reporting.
• Manage tooling decisions and maintain process documentation.
• Continuously strive to shorten the time-to-launch for creative assets.
• Establish and facilitate team rituals, such as standups, retrospectives, and creative reviews.
• Promote in-house knowledge sharing through playbooks, best-practice libraries, and post-mortem analyses.
• Encourage a culture of experimentation and ongoing improvement.
• A minimum of 4 years in creative production, creative strategy, or performance creative roles, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or management position.
• A proven history of producing creative content for performance marketing channels such as Meta, AppLovin, TikTok, or similar platforms.
• Experience in mobile app or gaming creative production is highly desirable; familiarity with playable ads (e.g., Cocos Creator or similar engines) is advantageous.
• Experience in managing creative production budgets and resources, whether through in-house teams, freelancers, or agencies.
