Creative Production Designer – Performance Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Collaborate across departments with designers, marketers, and creative producers to convert campaign ideas into refined, brand-aligned assets.

• Manage the complete production process of creative outputs — from initial brief to final delivery — ensuring timelines and quality are upheld across various projects concurrently.

• Assist in developing and sustaining scalable production systems, including reusable templates, MOGRTs, and Essential Graphics components.

• Utilize performance data and feedback from iterations to enhance the creative process and improve the effectiveness of assets.

• Create motion graphics, animated advertisements, and video content tailored for platforms like Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other digital channels.

• Implement brand guidelines and performance marketing best practices to guarantee that each asset promotes engagement and conversion.

• Remain updated on trends in motion design, advertising formats, and new digital creative tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Keen attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple deliverables in a dynamic environment.

• Expertise in Adobe After Effects and video editing software, with a portfolio showcasing motion graphics and video production projects.

• Experience using Figma.

• Familiarity with production workflows and principles of performance marketing creative.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to incorporate feedback effectively.

• Preferred: Experience with AI-driven creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Sora, ChatGPT, Suno.ai).
