This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and enhance the entire creative pipeline.
• Supervise over 100 ongoing projects in Asana, ensuring precise status monitoring, timely updates, and proactive identification of potential risks or obstacles.
• Lead the creative intake process, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Evaluate new requests (5 to 10 each week), ensure briefs are comprehensive, and delegate tasks based on team capacity, expertise, and alignment with timelines.
• Function as the primary creative project manager among cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, sales/shopper, and CRM teams to synchronize priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Propel high-quality creative briefings and execution processes.
• Convert requests into clear, actionable briefs for design and creative teams.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to briefs in all deliverables.
• Conduct quality assurance on all assets to align with briefs, brand standards, and accuracy requirements.
• Manage legal reviews when necessary prior to final approvals.
• Oversee stakeholder communication and delivery processes.
• Act as the main point of contact for requestors—providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth final asset delivery.
• Organize assets and maintain system integrity.
• Keep well-organized, accessible file structures in Google Drive and ensure all final deliverables are stored and documented properly.
• Assist in high-volume, multi-channel creative production.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in Creative Project Management/Operations or Creative Resourcing.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in developing and refining creative briefs to guarantee clarity and completeness before execution.
• Experience in managing timelines and workback schedules to effectively balance team workload.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills (both written and verbal).
• Proactive, self-driven, with a forward-thinking approach.
• Thrives in rapidly growing and changing environments characterized by ambiguity.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Asana.
