• Design and execute systems and procedures within the creative team.

• Streamline repetitive tasks through the integration of AI technology.

• Produce weekly reports detailing team and product performance.

• Oversee operational aspects including asset management and budget oversight.

• Demonstrated experience in developing intricate processes.

• Proficient in creating documentation that is user-friendly and effective.

• Capable of addressing and correcting ineffective processes.

• Background in dynamic environments such as startups.

• Knowledge of AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, OpenClaw, and Hermes.
