Creative Marketing Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Create and iterate on advertising creative concepts that align with essential KPIs for various products.

• Collaborate closely with User Acquisition Managers to enhance and streamline the creative production pipeline.

• Oversee and expand the Creative Marketing team, which includes Designers and Creative Marketing Managers.

• Organize and coordinate team workflows to guarantee timely and effective deliverables.

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of creatives and team performances.

• Establish and uphold efficient processes for creative marketing.

• Design and improve a testing methodology for ad creatives to boost performance and scalability.

• Inspire the team through regular meetings, feedback sessions, and performance evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience leading a creative marketing team of three or more individuals.

• Fundamental knowledge of User Acquisition and Performance Marketing.

• Demonstrated ability in generating and developing innovative creative concepts.

• Strong skills in managing workloads and adhering to deadlines.

• Practical experience with creative testing methods.

• Excellent leadership capabilities and skills in motivating a team.

• Strategic mindset focused on achieving product KPIs.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.

• Proficient in English at a B2+ level.

• Team-oriented approach and strong interpersonal skills.

• Preferred: Experience with video chat or live-streaming products.
