This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Responsibility for the complete cycle of creating creatives that impact users in over 50 countries.
• Implementation of new approaches and creatives based on market and competitor analysis.
• Generation of ideas that could develop into new working funnels for Nebula's scalable growth.
• Formation and execution of creative ideas for video and static materials within global marketing campaigns.
• Conducting creative brainstorming sessions to discover and implement new concepts that engage millions of users.
• Close collaboration with marketing managers to achieve objectives.
• Market and competitor analysis for the swift application of the most relevant solutions in creatives.
• Continuous improvement and scaling of creatives based on results and analytics.
• You already have at least 1 year of experience in performance marketing.
• Proficient in English at an Upper-Intermediate+ level for comfortable interaction with the global market.
• Understand performance marketing metrics and analytics.
• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Kaiber, or similar).
• Notable attention to detail, a high level of self-organization, and time management skills.
• Flexibility in work format — the option to work from offices in Kyiv, Lviv, Warsaw, or remotely, with support for comfortable conditions in three cities.
