Creative Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete cycle of creating advertising creatives: from research to scaling.

• Generate, test, and prioritize new creative concepts.

• Analyze test results, uncover insights, and enhance the effectiveness of creatives.

• Coordinate the efforts of designers, motion designers, and other participants in the creative process.

• Develop and optimize the creative process, implementing AI tools into the team's workflow.

• Mentor Creative Marketing Managers and assist in building the team's expertise.

• Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and identify trends to discover new scaling opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with User Acquisition and Product teams to achieve business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Creative Marketing / Performance Marketing.

• Proven experience in creating and scaling advertising creatives for digital products.

• Data-driven decision-making skills and the ability to work with testing results.

• A strong desire to take ownership of the creative direction and influence its development.

• Systematic thinking and the ability to establish effective processes.

• High level of self-organization and accountability.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in English at Intermediate level (B1+) or higher.

• A plus: experience with AI products or mobile applications, mentoring or managing a small team, practical experience using AI tools for creative development and optimization, and experience in international markets.
