Creative Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.

📋 Description

• Observe the advertising landscape and analyze competitors to identify successful strategies and recurring trends.

• Develop concepts for ad creatives and contribute to brainstorming sessions with well-thought-out ideas.

• Participate in crafting the creative strategy and assess its influence on ROI and expenditure.

• Transform marketing hypotheses from conception to resolution: conduct thorough testing, persist beyond initial setbacks, and scale successful outcomes.

• Analyze successful creatives (including hook, retention, setup) and communicate insights to the team.

• Collaborate closely with the content team and take initiative in managing your responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in creative or performance marketing, or a related field in content with a firm understanding of key metrics.

• Proficiency in market monitoring and competitor analysis tools (or a strong ability to learn them quickly).

• A tendency to evaluate creatives based on results rather than just visual appeal.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative without awaiting constant direction.

• Comfort in a rapidly changing environment without predefined guidelines.

• A strong focus on results, excellent time management skills, and the capacity to prioritize effectively.
