Creative Marketing Manager, Wellbeing Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Systematically collaborate with creatives to attract new users through paid social channels (Meta, TikTok, etc.).

• Conduct creative research: analyze the market, competitors, social media trends, and best practices within the niche.

• Generate and formulate creative hypotheses based on data, audience insights, and results from previous tests.

• Develop creative concepts for performance campaigns (videos, static formats, messages).

• Prepare structured briefs for designers and production: idea, creative structure, key messages, hooks, references, expected outcomes.

• Analyze test results of creatives (CPA, RoAS, CR, and other relevant metrics).

• Work with audience insights: research user motivations, pain points, and triggers.

• Conduct and moderate brainstorming sessions, facilitating the idea generation process within the team.

• Collaborate with Design, User Acquisition, and Product Marketing teams towards shared goals.

• Experience in scaling initiatives through creative strategy and iteration.

• Understanding of the fundamental elements of creativity (formats, hooks, messages).

• Ability to conduct creative and competitive research that transforms into top concepts.

• Strong analytical skills, capable of translating metrics into new ideas and subsequent steps for iterations.

• Proficiency in English — Intermediate+.
