This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Generate advertising concepts for performance marketing initiatives (Meta, TikTok).
• Create advertising briefs for the design team, including graphic and motion designers.
• Collaborate on scripts and concepts for user-generated content (UGC) creatives.
• Perform competitor advertisement analysis.
• Collect insights about current users and pinpoint opportunities to engage new audiences.
• Evaluate test outcomes and suggest ideas for further creative expansion.
• Over 1 year of experience in a comparable position.
• Strong grasp of app performance metrics.
• Comprehensive understanding of how advertising networks operate.
• Proven experience with UGC creatives, from concept development to scripting and implementation.
• Capability to analyze performance data and present data-driven hypotheses.
• Experience in crafting persuasive ad copy.
• Enthusiasm for social media trends.
• Excellent communication skills.
• English proficiency: B2 or higher.
• Preferred: Familiarity with AI tools.
• Experience in social media advertising for subscription-based mobile applications.
