📋 Description

• This position is designed to assist the client’s marketing team by producing high-quality visual assets for various marketing needs, including digital, print, campaign, recruitment, event, and centre-based initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with both internal marketing stakeholders and external suppliers to realize creative projects, maintain strong brand consistency across multiple centres, and aid in executing national campaigns and centre openings.

• - Design premium digital and print marketing materials, such as flyers, posters, brochures, social media assets, and campaign creatives for various centres and national projects.

• - Develop captivating digital content for both organic and paid campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, and other advertising channels.

• - Create branded materials for events, webinars, recruitment efforts, and centre openings according to established brand guidelines.

• - Produce large-format and on-site marketing assets, including signage, banners, pull-ups, and centre-related collateral.

• - Update and maintain website content via WordPress, which includes managing landing pages, banners, images, and making basic layout changes.

• - Work with internal marketing teams, centre personnel, and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of creative outputs.

• - Guarantee consistent brand identity application across all marketing materials while assisting with various creative and marketing tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• - A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related discipline is preferred.

• - A minimum of 2–5+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, or creative production roles.

• - A robust portfolio showcasing digital, print, and campaign-focused design work.

• - Proficiency in Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools).

• - Experience creating print-ready artwork and a foundational understanding of basic print production requirements.

• - Basic knowledge of WordPress for website updates, including content editing and image management.

• - Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
