📋 Description

• Oversee marketing initiatives, timelines, and approvals within the team.

• Create design-ready materials (resize, reformat, export, version control) utilizing templates.

• Organize brand files, creative libraries, and campaign directories.

• Facilitate Google account provisioning and access configuration for new hires.

• Provide assistance with social media and email marketing tasks (posting, scheduling, formatting).

• Monitor deliverables and refresh status reports for ongoing campaigns.

• Offer general administrative support (meeting documentation, basic research, follow-ups).

⛳️ Requirements

• Essential: Previous remote work experience; proficiency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar); preferably has experience supporting companies in the US or UK—applications lacking this background will not be reviewed.

• Experience in providing support to marketing teams in a Virtual Assistant/Coordinator role.

• Proficient in Canva; familiar with fundamental design principles (spacing, typography, layout).

• Capability to handle multiple requests, prioritize tasks, and adhere to deadlines.

• Exceptional written communication skills and a commitment to precision.
