Creative Engineer / AI Creative Technologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Engage in hands-on experimentation with innovative generative image and video models.

• Construct and enhance sophisticated generative-media workflows utilizing models, prompting, conditioning, automation, and tools like ComfyUI.

• Develop model examples, workflows, demonstrations, and visual content that showcase the capabilities developers and creators can achieve with Runware.

• Transform technical experimentation into engaging content for model launches, social media, guides, workflow breakdowns, and channels directed at creators and developers.

• Create repeatable and automated generation workflows to ensure efficient, scalable, and high-quality creative output.

• Keep abreast of new model releases and emerging techniques, swiftly testing them to uncover content opportunities.

• Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Engineering teams to identify use cases, assist with launches, and share insights derived from model experimentation and the generative AI landscape.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of relevant experience in generative media, creative technology, creative engineering, or a closely related technical domain.

• Advanced proficiency with ComfyUI or similar workflow tools.

• Capability to construct complex, repeatable pipelines that integrate models, conditioning, prompting, and automation.

• Proficient in coding and API development, including creating custom integrations, scripts, tools, or ComfyUI nodes.

• Extensive knowledge of the generative media model ecosystem.

• Hands-on experience with various image and/or video models such as FLUX, Stable Diffusion, Wan, LTX, Hunyuan, Kling, or their equivalents.

• A keen creative eye and a portfolio showcasing high-quality generative AI work.

• Excellent technical communication skills.

• Ability to work autonomously and adapt swiftly within a fast-changing environment.

• Previous experience in a generative AI model, inference, or developer platform company is a plus.

• Familiarity with model adaptation or fine-tuning, such as LoRAs, is advantageous.

• Contributions to open-source generative AI projects or communities are a bonus.

• Experience in publicly presenting technical or creative work is a plus.
