Creative Director, Concept

📋 Description

• You will serve as the creative lead for clients, campaigns, and ongoing projects, creating narratives, tonalities, claims, and conceptual guidelines.

• You will convert strategic insights into impactful creative concepts and establish scalable, performance-focused content and format strategies.

• You will spearhead high-level creative pitches, confidently showcasing major ideas to key decision-makers and acting as a conceptual partner for clients.

• You will oversee the professional growth of the creative team while enhancing the overall creative vision of the Mawave team.

• You will collaborate closely with department heads on commercial direction and take charge of Creative Excellence as a key revenue driver.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess over 7 years of professional experience in a creative, agency, or social media setting.

• You have extensive experience in generating Big Ideas and campaign concepts, with exceptional skills in storytelling, tone of voice, concept development, and creative direction.

• You have prior leadership experience, whether in a functional or disciplinary capacity.

• You have a solid understanding of performance-oriented content.

• You are well-versed in the relevant commercial KPIs encountered in daily agency operations and understand their interrelationships.

• You demonstrate high confidence in presentations in both German and English.

• You have a structured, self-directed work style with a strong dedication to quality.
