πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Conceptualize and produce video creative for paid social, CTV, and emerging platforms β€” managing the process from initial brief to final delivery under the supervision of senior creative leads.

β€’ Apply a keen visual perspective to every asset: enhancing composition, pacing, and storytelling to elevate Jerry's brand while prioritizing performance.

β€’ Stay updated on platform trends, formats, and cultural developments to keep Jerry's creative output fresh and impactful.

β€’ Create hooks, angles, and visual frameworks based on what drives true performance β€” focusing not merely on aesthetics.

β€’ Edit videos directly: proficient in editing software and comfortable with rapidly cutting, iterating, and refining advertisements.

β€’ Utilize AI tools (for ideation, scripting, editing, asset generation, etc.) to streamline workflows and broaden creative possibilities.

β€’ Work closely with media, growth, and senior creative colleagues to transform performance insights into enhanced creative work.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 4+ years of experience in video creative, art direction, or production.

β€’ A developing portfolio showcasing contributions to video creative for paid channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, CTV, etc.).

β€’ Strong visual instincts β€” possessing an eye for design, composition, pacing, and brand integrity.

β€’ Proficiency in video editing β€” capable of cutting and refining ads independently, ensuring a polished finish without extensive guidance.

β€’ Curiosity about performance creative β€” understanding (or actively learning) the elements that capture attention: hooks, pacing, CTAs.

β€’ A collaborative and enthusiastic attitude β€” adaptable in dynamic environments and receptive to feedback from creative and analytics teams.

β€’ Familiarity with AI β€” experimenting with generative tools to enhance production speed and creative potential.

β€’ Bonus: experience in both performance and brand creative contexts. Developing a perspective on how craft and conversion can harmoniously coexist.
