πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as a role model embodying the Agency Vision and Values.

β€’ Drive copy creation and creative ideation across various brands, teams, and projects.

β€’ Simplify intricate scientific, clinical data, health economics, access barriers, and payer strategies into clear, engaging, and audience-focused narratives.

β€’ Craft robust value narratives, payer messaging frameworks, AMCP-style communications, access toolkits, field resources, objection handling materials, and launch support tools.

β€’ Develop communications targeting commercial and government payers, PBMs, GPOs, IDNs/health systems, employers, specialty pharmacies, hubs, patient support services, and field access groups.

β€’ Collaborate closely with Strategy, Account, Medical, Market Access, Art, UX, and Client teams to bring cohesive ideas to fruition.

β€’ Influence the strategic and creative trajectory of market access projects from initial brief to final execution.

β€’ Write, edit, conceptualize, and troubleshoot both high-level messaging and detailed tactical documents.

β€’ Infuse clarity, simplicity, and creative enthusiasm into areas that tend to be highly technical or complex.

β€’ Present work confidently, linking creative choices to audience requirements, strategy, access hurdles, and business goals.

β€’ Make significant contributions to new business proposals, creative brainstorming sessions, brand strategy, launch planning, and agency projects.

β€’ Mentor, manage, and guide writers, enhancing their skills, market access knowledge, and strategic thinking capabilities.

β€’ Offer clear guidance, constructive critiques, and hands-on assistance to elevate the quality of work.

β€’ Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the engagement, utility, and distinctiveness of market access efforts.

β€’ Oversee workflows, timelines, priorities, staffing needs, and budget considerations to ensure both efficiency and excellence.

β€’ Advocate for the intelligent application of AI and innovative tools to optimize workflows, expedite processes, and enable teams to concentrate on strategy and creativity.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Over 8 years of copywriting experience within a pharmaceutical advertising agency, healthcare marketing, or market access agency.

β€’ Extensive background in writing for market access, payer issues, reimbursement, access, affordability, patient services, and organized customer audiences.

β€’ Demonstrated ability to convert clinical, economic, and access strategies into persuasive and clear communications.

β€’ Strong grasp of the market access landscape, encompassing payer decision-making, value communication, formulary strategies, coverage policies, reimbursement pathways, and access challenges.

β€’ Experience in creating Product Information Exchange (PIE) presentations, payer value propositions (PVPs), messaging frameworks, access toolkits, launch materials, field access resources, pull-through assets, and related communications.

β€’ A robust portfolio showcasing the capacity to harmonize creativity with accuracy, compliance, and audience-specific nuances.

β€’ Ability to navigate complex brands, therapeutic categories, data sets, and workflows comfortably.

β€’ Previous experience mentoring writers or providing creative direction to junior and mid-level team members.
