Creative Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• The Creative Director is tasked with delivering a visionary and imaginative approach to the execution or artistic direction of projects, which encompass client campaigns, marketing strategies, branding efforts, drug launch meetings and campaigns, campaign videos, animations, educational websites on drugs/diseases, interactive elements for scientific congress booths, brand and demand generation initiatives, both in-person and digital events, print and digital advertisements, social media campaigns, campaign assets, corporate videos, patient videos, and 3D MOA/MOD videos.

• In partnership with scientific and client services leaders, the Creative Director plays a key role in crafting and refining the client brief into tangible compositions and campaigns.

• Responsible for articulating and delivering the creative and brand strategy behind concepts and campaigns.

• The Creative Director must stay consistently updated on emerging trends within the medical communications sector to effectively support clients and align with BOLDSCIENCE's business strategy.

• By delivering impactful creative work and ensuring effective execution and planning, the Creative Director will contribute to enhancing BOLDSCIENCE's reputation for outstanding creative performance.

• Develop new and innovative creative strategies and ideas to achieve creative objectives.

• Engage in hands-on design work and execution for high-impact design and creative projects.

• Assist in refining and enhancing the creative process and workflow.

• Cultivate relationships with internal and external teams to strengthen our global collaborative approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 13 years of experience with a robust background in design and creative direction for global brands.

• Previous experience in launching new brands and developing brand identities.

• Exceptional design skills showcased by an outstanding portfolio.

• 5-10 years of experience in managing, coaching, and leading a creative team.

• Ability to excel and thrive in a fast-paced and iterative environment.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, and web design.

• Experience in overseeing and enforcing creative processes and workflows for creative teams.

• Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional global teams.

• Conceptual and strategic thinker who approaches each project with a solid plan and views it as an opportunity for creative problem-solving.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with presentation skills, including the ability to effectively advocate for creative vision and ideas.

• Hands-on experience in developing creative solutions and campaigns across various platforms, including advertising, videos, websites, brand/corporate identity, interactive media, presentations, and events.

• Experience in creating social media promotions and developing social media campaigns.

• Demonstrates financial accountability by establishing appropriate budgets and timelines.
