Creative Design – Multimedia Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create high-quality graphic and visual materials for social media, corporate websites, and events.

• Edit and modify video content to enhance announcements, campaigns, and interviews with subject matter experts or company representatives.

• Interpret briefs and concepts into visually appealing assets, offering creative solutions as required.

• Provide guidance to business and communication partners regarding creative possibilities, constraints, and optimal formats.

• Ensure that all creative deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and visual standards.

• Assist in updating and improving visuals across websites and platforms.

• Collaborate closely with marketing and communications teams, contributing ideas while focusing on execution.

• Organize, maintain, and efficiently reuse creative assets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or equivalent practical experience.

• Significant experience in graphic design and digital content creation, preferably within a corporate setting.

• Hands-on experience in video editing and visual storytelling.

• A creative mindset capable of generating innovative ideas, fresh perspectives, and visual inspiration for the team.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including: Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing, Adobe After Effects for basic video animation and motion graphics, Adobe Express for short-form videos and social media content, and Adobe XD and/or Figma for website layouts and digital design.

• Experience with web content management systems such as WordPress Gutenberg and/or Elementor.

• Strong command of the English language.

• Comfortable translating concepts and briefs into practical, high-quality creative output while advising on realistic deliverables.

• Capable of working independently post-onboarding while closely collaborating with the team.

• A diplomatic and clear communicator when managing expectations with internal stakeholders.

• Reliable, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and possessing a strong sense of ownership.
