Creative Design Lead – Marketing Campaigns

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop marketing creative for DuckDuckGo's offerings

• Deliver high-quality, brand-aligned creative for Duck.ai, Search/Browse, and Subscriptions

• Provide guidance to fellow designers on marketing and brand implementation

• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders during project scoping and ideation

• Advance brand language through innovative creative ideas

• Assist in creating reusable frameworks for streamlined marketing production

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 9 years of practical experience in marketing or advertising design

• At least 2 years at a well-known consumer-facing technology brand

• Highly skilled in design principles such as typography, color, and composition

• Strong working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

• Outstanding creativity, aesthetic judgment, and design intuition

• Experience in Creative Direction

• Capable of managing projects from start to finish with minimal supervision

• Proficient in generating ideas and motivating team members

• Experience in advising or mentoring other designers is an advantage
