AI Performance Creative Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and develop customer personas to uncover effective advertising strategies.

• Create innovative concepts, messaging frameworks, and scripts for AI-generated video advertisements.

• Produce comprehensive AI-driven ad creatives, including Video Sales Letters (VSLs), AI avatars, claymation, UGC-style ads, and other cutting-edge creative formats.

• Leverage AI creative tools to generate, edit, and deliver high-quality, performance-oriented video advertisements.

• Evaluate campaign performance data and consistently refine creatives based on testing outcomes.

• Establish and oversee a high-volume creative testing pipeline aimed at maximizing conversion and performance.

• Collaborate closely with media buyers, landing page experts, and content teams to maintain creative consistency across campaigns.

• Keep abreast of the latest AI creative technologies, trends, and advertising formats.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in creating performance-driven ecommerce advertising creatives, especially for YouTube.

• In-depth knowledge of direct response marketing principles, including customer avatars, positioning, hooks, offers, and creative strategies.

• Practical experience using AI creative tools such as Claude, Manus, Higgsfield, fal.ai, Atria, or similar platforms.

• Background in producing AI-generated VSLs, AI avatars, UGC-style creatives, or similar performance marketing assets.

• Capability to independently manage the entire creative process from market research to final production.

• Proficient in interpreting campaign performance metrics and utilizing data to enhance creative effectiveness.

• Experience with DTC ecommerce brands is highly preferred.

• Self-motivated, exceptionally adaptable, and enthusiastic about exploring new AI technologies.
