• 2+ years of full-time experience in a copy-focused creative position (Agency experience is preferred but not mandatory).
• A portfolio that showcases your thought process and craftsmanship (which will be handled with discretion).
• Strong attention to detail—you maintain high standards for your own copy and expect the same from others.
• A collaborative mindset and the confidence to command attention—both from colleagues and clients.
• The capacity to distill complex concepts into impactful messages.
• Comfort in alternating between campaign strategies and daily content creation—excelling in both areas.
• A sharp understanding of how creativity manifests across various platforms and what makes ideas memorable.
• Experience in B2B marketing is beneficial, though B2C experience is also valuable.
