This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Oversee the complete creative campaign development process, from initial brief to final execution, across paid, owned, and earned media channels.
• Convert commercial goals and audience insights into engaging creative concepts.
• Craft clear and actionable creative briefs for both static and video advertising content, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
• Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders, freelancers, internal teams, and external creative agencies, serving as the primary point of contact among all parties.
• Manage the creative production schedule, guaranteeing that assets are delivered according to brief, brand standards, and timelines.
• Evaluate campaign performance and incorporate insights into future creative strategies.
• Co-manage and update brand guidelines, ensuring they remain current, accessible, and genuinely useful for the broader team.
• Act as a brand steward by reviewing and approving creative outputs across teams to maintain visual and tonal consistency.
• Promote the brand voice and visual identity internally, conducting training or onboarding sessions as required.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to adapt the brand as the business expands.
• Ensure creative excellence across e-commerce touchpoints, including product imagery, PDP assets, category banners, and promotional materials.
• Work closely with the e-commerce and trading teams to ensure creative outputs align with conversion objectives while upholding brand integrity.
• Maintain a cohesive visual language across the website, balancing performance needs with brand standards.
• 4–6 years of experience in a creative, branding, or marketing role, preferably within a consumer brand or e-commerce-focused organization.
• A robust portfolio showcasing both campaign work and strategic brand thinking.
• Demonstrated experience in managing brand guidelines and reviewing creative outputs at scale.
• Practical experience with e-commerce creative, understanding the importance of compelling product imagery and effective PDP presentation.
• Proficient in creative tools (Adobe Suite, Figma) and comfortable briefing designers and production teams utilizing ClickUp.
• Strong project management capabilities; you are organized, composed under pressure, and adept at managing competing priorities.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; you can diplomatically push back and guide others on the brand journey.
• Experience with direct response advertising in the US market is essential.
