This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.
• Oversee the comprehensive development of creative campaigns, from initial brief to final execution, across paid, owned, and earned media channels.
• Convert commercial goals and audience insights into engaging creative concepts.
• Craft clear and actionable creative briefs for both static and video advertisements, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
• Foster relationships with internal stakeholders, freelancers, internal teams, and external creative agencies, serving as the primary point of contact among all parties.
• Manage the creative production timeline, ensuring that assets are delivered in line with the brief, brand standards, and deadlines.
• Co-manage and update the brand guidelines, ensuring they remain current, accessible, and genuinely beneficial for the broader team.
• Act as the brand guardian by reviewing and approving creative outputs across teams to maintain visual and tonal consistency.
• Advocate for the brand voice and visual identity internally, conducting training or onboarding sessions as necessary.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to evolve the brand in alignment with business growth.
• Take ownership of creative quality across e-commerce touchpoints, including product imagery, PDP assets, category banners, and promotional content.
• Work closely with the e-commerce and trading teams to ensure that creative outputs align with conversion goals while preserving brand integrity.
• Maintain a cohesive visual language throughout the site, balancing performance needs with brand standards.
• 4–6 years of experience in a creative, brand, or marketing role, preferably within a consumer brand or e-commerce-focused business.
• A robust portfolio showcasing both campaign work and strategic brand-level thinking.
• Demonstrated experience in managing brand guidelines and reviewing creative outputs at scale.
• Practical familiarity with e-commerce creative, with a clear understanding of effective product imagery and the importance of PDP presentation.
• Proficient in creative tools (Adobe Suite, Figma) and comfortable briefing designers and production teams using ClickUp.
• Strong project management abilities; organized, composed under pressure, and adept at managing competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of diplomatically advocating for the brand and guiding others on the brand journey.
• Experience with direct response advertising in the US market is essential.
• Nice to Have:
• Experience in a DTC or marketplace brand.
• Background or significant exposure to performance marketing creative.
• Familiarity with a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
