This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee the complete creative campaign development process, from initial brief to final delivery, across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Convert commercial goals and audience insights into engaging creative concepts.
• Craft clear and actionable creative briefs for both static and video advertisements, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, freelancers, internal teams, and external creative agencies, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Take charge of the creative production timeline, ensuring all assets are delivered according to the brief, brand standards, and within deadlines.
• Analyze campaign performance and incorporate insights into future creative strategies.
• Co-manage and update brand guidelines, ensuring they remain current, accessible, and genuinely beneficial for the broader team.
• Act as a brand guardian by reviewing and approving creative outputs across teams, ensuring visual and tonal consistency.
• Advocate for the brand voice and visual identity internally, conducting training or onboarding sessions as necessary.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to evolve the brand in alignment with business growth.
• Ensure creative quality across e-commerce touchpoints, including product imagery, PDP assets, category banners, and promotional content.
• Work closely with e-commerce and trading teams to ensure that creative outputs support conversion goals while maintaining brand integrity.
• Maintain a consistent visual language across the site, balancing performance needs with brand standards.
• 4–6 years of experience in a creative, brand, or marketing position, preferably within a consumer brand or e-commerce-driven company.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both campaign work and brand-level strategic thinking.
• Proven track record in managing brand guidelines and reviewing creative outputs at scale.
• Practical experience with e-commerce creative; understanding what constitutes an effective product image and the importance of PDP presentation.
• Proficient in creative tools (Adobe Suite, Figma) and comfortable briefing designers and production teams using ClickUp.
• Strong project management abilities; organized, calm under pressure, and adept at balancing competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; capable of diplomatically pushing back and engaging others in the brand journey.
• Experience with direct response advertising in the US market is essential.
• Nice to Have: Experience with a DTC or marketplace brand.
• Background in or strong exposure to performance marketing creative.
• Familiarity with a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
• Ownership of your work.
