• Spearhead the comprehensive development of creative campaigns, overseeing the process from initial brief to final execution.
• Convert commercial goals and audience insights into engaging and innovative creative concepts.
• Craft clear and actionable creative briefs for both static and video advertising content.
• Foster relationships with internal stakeholders, freelancers, internal teams, and external creative agencies.
• Take ownership of the creative production timeline, ensuring that assets are delivered according to the brief, brand standards, and deadlines.
• Collaborate in maintaining and updating the brand guidelines, ensuring they remain relevant, accessible, and genuinely beneficial.
• Serve as a brand advocate by reviewing and approving creative outputs across various teams.
• Promote the brand voice and visual identity within the organization.
• Ensure a cohesive visual language across all e-commerce touchpoints.
• 4–6 years of experience in a creative, branding, or marketing position.
• A robust portfolio showcasing both campaign work and overarching brand strategy.
• Demonstrated experience in managing brand guidelines and assessing creative outputs on a large scale.
• Practical knowledge of e-commerce creative.
• Proficiency with creative tools (Adobe Suite, Figma).
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Experience with direct response advertising in the US market is essential.
