Creative and Marketing Operations Associate, Temp

📋 Description

• Assist in the complete creative and marketing workflows, which encompass project intake, tracking requests, coordinating timelines, and setting priorities. Ensure project trackers and documentation are maintained to keep tasks visible, organized, and on schedule.

• Foster collaborative relationships with teams in Creative, Growth Marketing, Retention Marketing, UX/Digital Product, Merch, Sustainability, and Owned Brands. Facilitate communication, follow-ups, and alignment on deliverables and timelines to ensure nothing is overlooked.

• Aid in the integration of AI-driven tools by standardizing inputs and identifying areas ripe for automation. Recognize challenges in our workflows and propose practical solutions to enhance the efficiency and scalability of creative and marketing processes.

• Support the management of asset tracking, delivery schedules, and the cycles of briefing and feedback to facilitate increased creative output for growth channels.

• Assist with vendor coordination, handling purchase orders, contracts, and managing logistics for photoshoots as required. Help monitor budget expenditures under the guidance of the Creative Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in creative operations, marketing operations, or project management.

• Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple workstreams without overlooking details.

• Familiarity with AI tools and a genuine enthusiasm for leveraging them to enhance productivity and efficiency.

• A proactive approach to communication that keeps stakeholders informed and aligned before inquiries arise.

• Comfort in operating within established processes, along with the discernment to highlight when those processes may not be beneficial to the team.
