Creative AI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Edit video content across various formats such as short-form, long-form, social media, and promotional materials.

• Implement color grading, sound design, pacing, and visual storytelling techniques to enhance raw footage.

• Produce polished, export-ready video assets tailored for each platform and specific use case.

• Design and animate motion graphics for video introductions, lower thirds, transitions, and branded materials.

• Create captivating visual sequences that support and enrich video narratives.

• Develop reusable motion templates and components to streamline production across multiple projects.

• Generate static design assets including thumbnails, social graphics, banners, and branding materials.

• Ensure visual consistency across all deliverables by maintaining strong typographic and layout discipline.

• Seamlessly integrate AI-generated content into edited video projects without compromising quality or appearance.

• Utilize Claude for scripting, crafting creative briefs, concept development, and production planning.

• Leverage AI tools throughout the entire creative workflow to enhance output speed and quality.

• Experiment with innovative AI-assisted techniques and document effective strategies for the broader team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in video editing with Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software.

• Experience in motion graphics creation using After Effects or equivalent tools.

• Proficiency in graphic design utilizing Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar applications.

• A keen eye for aesthetics, pacing, and understanding what drives content performance across platforms.

• A curious and open-minded approach to AI creative tools, including video generation platforms and Claude.

• Ability to handle multiple creative projects simultaneously and deliver results without constant supervision.

• Self-motivated with a preference for action and iteration over excessive refinement.
