This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engages with clients to understand their objectives and helps transform thoughtful gifting concepts into reality.
• Oversees daily project execution while guiding the initial planning phases.
• Acts as the main strategic partner for clients.
• Regularly meets or surpasses revenue and margin targets.
• Manages client projects from the initial concept through to approval and final revenue generation.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience in customer success, client services, sales, or account management.
• Demonstrated history of achieving revenue targets.
• Strong relationship builder with high emotional intelligence and a commanding executive presence.
• Capable of juggling multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech-savvy, with experience in platforms such as Salesforce, Slack, Google Suite, and familiarity with ticketing systems like Front being advantageous.
