Crane Assembly/Disassembly Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the assembly and disassembly of various types of cranes.

• Coordinate with dispatchers, brokers, and truck drivers involved in crane transportation.

• Manage the loading and unloading of crane components.

• Ensure cranes are assembled accurately utilizing appropriate equipment, positioning, and rigging techniques.

• Uphold compliance with safety standards, safety training, and Job Hazard Analysis protocols.

• Provide mentorship to riggers and junior A&D technicians.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess knowledge and proficiency concerning OSHA regulations.

• In-depth understanding of heavy lifting and hauling technologies, including mobile cranes, platform trailers, and beam and dolly trailers.

• Experience with various equipment, including:

• - Liebherr: LR 1160, LR 1200 SX, LR 1250, LR 1300 SX, LR 1400, LR 1750, LR 11000.

• - Link-Belt: LS 238, LS 248; Terex/American: HC 165, HC 275.

• - Manitowoc: 11000, 777, 888, 999, 2250, 14000, 16000, MLC 650.

• - Kobelco: CK 1100G, CK 1600, CK 2000, CK 2750G.

• Must hold a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
