Craft Foreman – Electrical Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of project performance in terms of safety, cost, quality, and schedule, acting as the client's primary point of contact and reporting outcomes to an Area or Project Manager.

• Conduct daily safety briefings, perform job-site audits, and carry out incident investigations.

• Create and revise comprehensive work plans, manpower forecasts, and look-ahead schedules.

• Assign crew tasks and validate the competency of craft personnel.

• Lead and manage crews and subcontractors, ensuring they align with the project scope and expectations.

• Ensure that all documentation, including daily reports, time entries, and permits, is thorough and accurate.

• Proactively manage schedules to sustain project momentum and adhere to deadlines.

• Track labor hours, material usage, and change orders to maintain control over the project budget.

• Guarantee compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and internal policies.

• Act as the main on-site contact for customers, fostering open lines of communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5–10 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman in industrial settings.

• Extensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), electrical installation standards, and construction practices.

• Strong grasp of electrical services, construction methodologies, and applicable safety regulations.

• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with team members, customers, and stakeholders.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); familiarity with Lotus Notes is preferred.

• Capability to perform occasional bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and reaching activities.
