This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
β’ Take ownership of project performance in terms of safety, cost, quality, and schedule, acting as the client's primary point of contact and reporting outcomes to an Area or Project Manager.
β’ Conduct daily safety briefings, perform job-site audits, and carry out incident investigations.
β’ Create and revise comprehensive work plans, manpower forecasts, and look-ahead schedules.
β’ Assign crew tasks and validate the competency of craft personnel.
β’ Lead and manage crews and subcontractors, ensuring they align with the project scope and expectations.
β’ Ensure that all documentation, including daily reports, time entries, and permits, is thorough and accurate.
β’ Proactively manage schedules to sustain project momentum and adhere to deadlines.
β’ Track labor hours, material usage, and change orders to maintain control over the project budget.
β’ Guarantee compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and internal policies.
β’ Act as the main on-site contact for customers, fostering open lines of communication.
β’ At least 5β10 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman in industrial settings.
β’ Extensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), electrical installation standards, and construction practices.
β’ Strong grasp of electrical services, construction methodologies, and applicable safety regulations.
β’ Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); familiarity with Lotus Notes is preferred.
β’ Capability to perform occasional bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and reaching activities.
