• Manage the ongoing operations of key retail accounts to foster growth and retention.
• Facilitate follow-ups with retailers, schedule meetings, and maintain continuous account communication.
• Organize pricing documents, sales sheets, retailer paperwork, and product details.
• Develop and refresh sales decks, retailer presentations, and supportive materials.
• Prepare communications and materials for retail meetings and partnership discussions.
• Formulate strategies to enhance sales velocities, broaden SKU assortments, and optimize shelf placement.
• Analyze sales metrics, project demand, and pinpoint opportunities for growth and enhancement.
• Collaborate closely with brokers and retail partners regarding reorders, promotions, and performance assessments.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to retail clients by offering insights and category expertise.
• Oversee and manage relationships with brokers across major retailers, ensuring accountability to sales objectives and execution standards.
• Create go-to-market strategies in collaboration with brokers to enhance distribution and sales velocity.
• Manage outbound sales strategies and pipeline development for new retail accounts.
• Craft engaging, data-driven sales presentations customized for retail partners.
• Ensure effective execution of item setup, promotions, and merchandising initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations to support precise forecasting, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Work with Marketing and Product teams to facilitate innovation, positioning, and launches based on retail insights.
• Assist in the onboarding of new retailers and coordinate fulfillment processes.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to support wholesale growth initiatives.
• Experience in CPG, food & beverage, retail, or ecommerce sectors.
• Preferred experience in supporting wholesale partnerships or retail accounts.
• Excellent communication and relationship management capabilities.
• Proficient in creating presentations and materials aimed at retailers.
• Highly organized with strong operational follow-through.
• Ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities at once.
• Detail-oriented and proactive with effective follow-up practices.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, expanding brand environment.
• Final compensation will be determined based on experience and location.
