This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Prepare and submit various tax returns, including corporate, individual, and sales tax.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements effectively.
• Generate financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Provide assistance with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Leverage accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial modeling.
• CPA License: Must hold a Certified Public Accountant designation with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Accounting Knowledge: Possess a solid grasp of accounting principles and practices.
• Technical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to Detail: Exhibit a meticulous focus on accuracy and detail.
• Problem-Solving: Capable of analyzing complex financial data and developing solutions.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple tasks.
