This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Ensure timely coverage by managing a portfolio of open court hearings, utilizing phone, text, and email to secure the right attorney before the hearing date.
• Negotiate fees in real-time, maintaining your price stance, managing counteroffers, and presenting above-standard offers when market conditions are challenging, all while safeguarding margins.
• Navigate a dynamic pipeline by prioritizing competing hearings, making swift and sound judgment calls, and clearly communicating your reasoning to the team.
• Address unexpected challenges by managing last-minute changes, cancellations, and urgent coverage needs with a solution-oriented approach.
• Onboard and assist attorneys by guiding new hires through the functionalities of Docketly, addressing their inquiries, and being their primary contact to encourage ongoing commitment.
• Keep clients informed by updating law firms on hearing statuses to foster trust and prevent surprises.
• Maintain accurate data by logging activities, confirming assignments, and ensuring your pipeline reflects true status. Your metrics tell your story.
• Enhance the system by identifying recurring coverage gaps and contributing suggestions during daily huddles and team meetings.
• Over 1 year of experience in a position that involves high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation. Relevant roles include inside sales, SDR/BDR, account management, collections, dispatch, scheduling, or high-touch customer service.
• Proficient and effective in phone communication, with strong verbal and written skills.
• Exceptionally organized, capable of managing numerous open tasks simultaneously without oversight.
• Composed and decisive under time constraints; able to make decisions swiftly and continue progressing.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new platforms.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
