This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• Ensure timely coverage for hearings. Manage a portfolio of open court hearings and engage daily through phone, text, and email to secure the right attorney before the hearing date.
• Negotiate fees on the spot. Stand firm on pricing, address counteroffers, and extend above-standard offers when the market is competitive, while consistently safeguarding margins and achieving agreement.
• Navigate a dynamic pipeline. Prioritize overlapping hearings, make swift and sound judgment calls, and clearly communicate your reasoning to your team.
• Adapt to unexpected changes. Address last-minute alterations, cancellations, and urgent coverage needs with a problem-solving approach.
• Onboard and assist attorneys. Guide new attorneys through the Docketly process, respond to their inquiries, and be their primary contact to encourage ongoing commitment.
• Keep clients informed. Regularly update law firms regarding hearing statuses to foster trust and prevent unexpected developments.
• Maintain accurate data. Record activities, confirm assignments, and ensure your pipeline remains precise, as your metrics convey your narrative.
• Enhance the system. Identify recurring coverage issues and contribute ideas during daily huddles and team meetings.
• A minimum of 1 year in a position that demands high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation. Examples include inside sales, SDR/BDR, account management, collections, dispatch, scheduling, or high-touch customer service.
• Proficient and effective over the phone, showcasing strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized. You can manage numerous open tasks simultaneously without overlooking any details.
• Composed and decisive under tight deadlines; you take initiative and keep progressing.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new platforms.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
