This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.
• Contact courts regarding individual orders and provide general updates on court status, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to current orders.
• Communicate professionally and accurately via remote voice calls and emails, maintaining a positive service attitude while engaging with court personnel, attorneys, and other clients.
• Utilize Skye (our in-house application) to process documents, update notes and information, and perform various data entry tasks with a high level of precision.
• Handle consistent incoming and outgoing phone calls to assist courts and clients with inquiries, as well as manage calls from courts and customers.
• Convey pertinent, updated information from courts to our process servers and clients as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to identify root causes and inefficiencies in processes that occur as documents are routed to and from court.
• Understand and navigate court dockets to comprehend how they communicate case documents and statuses, including downloading documents and importing them into the internal application as required.
• Execute other job-related responsibilities as assigned.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous legal experience is preferred.
• At least 1+ years of experience in customer support, call-center, or retail roles in a customer-facing, service-oriented capacity is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working and communicating effectively in a remote setting, utilizing tools such as Teams and Zoom for calls, Teams for chats, and Outlook for emails.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite applications like Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word, as well as other programs such as online Faxes.
• Experience with document manipulation (PDFs).
• Capacity to perform repetitive data-entry tasks with accuracy.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
